Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Yes — I offer sessions in person, virtually (Telehealth), or mobile, so you can choose the format that fits best with your comfort level and schedule.
Fees & Insurance
What are your fees?
Sessions are $190-$225 for a 50-minute appointment, depending on the type of service.
Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept checks, cash, or credit cards.
If you’d like to discuss your specific situation, feel free to reach out before your first session.
Do you accept insurance?
I am not currently contracted with any insurance providers.
However, I can provide billing statements (superbills) with the information your plan needs for reimbursement if your insurance accepts out-of-network providers.
Before starting therapy, contact your insurance company’s Behavioral Health Department and ask:
• “Do you cover services with an out-of-network provider?”
• “What percentage is reimbursed?”
• “Do I need pre-authorization?”
Can I use an HSA or FSA card?
Yes — many clients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to cover therapy fees.
